I like the pin point of light above and the detail of the light rays emitting from it.
Good work on the clouds and the color gradient across the image is indeed ominous.
The only thing I would consider working on is the consistency of the blur.
Other than that, nice work

This is a gorgeous piece. I love the sense of motion I get when I look at this picture. Stunning detail and colors. I also like how the star is in the center, and it stands out. Nice depth and contrast between colors.
I would suggest maybe blurring the edges a little more, and blur a little into the piece. That way the focus is sharper on the detail, and it would create a more fantasy like feel to the piece. Just a suggestion. (:
I would love to see more pieces of this concept from you in the future. Maybe like zooming in even closer, or trying something similar to this with different colors at a different angle.
